With BAT-Spooler Evolution, you get everything included in BAT-Spooler Standard, plus a full set of new capabilities and tools that dramatically overboost the power of BAT-Spooler.

BAT-Spooler Evolution give you a new graphic tool: the CFG-DESIGNER. With it you can easily configure all the parameters needed to BAT-Spooler and create your external configuration files. With CFG-DESIGNER you can create and configure a new set of parameters, called FIELDS. With fields you can give to BAT-Spooler new, powerful commands to define the manipulation skill of a specific job. So, for example, you can define how to recognize, at run-time, the start-end of a document (Document Breaker Field) into a text file that contains 5000 different multipage invoices, each one relative to 5, 500 or 5000 different customers. And you can specify the rules to export each invoice into a PDF file, assigning it a name that will be captured by a field (PDF Naming Field) that will reads, at run-time, the specific name from each document. The PDF file will be saved into a specific and well named directory of your file system with prefix or suffix identifiers. And you can define, into your document, what information BAT-Spooler Evolution will read (E-Mail Field) to take, from the Local Address Book, the E-Mail address of each specific invoice customer; this information can be, for example, the customer code or the company name or everything you want. BAT-Spooler Evolution will reads this information and will obtain the relative E-mail address. And if the address can't be found you can define, if you want, the addresses to which send the E-mails of the invoices without a valid automatic address, for example, the address of your sales office or of your external Mail Service. And if you have the necessity to identify each invoice in unequivocal mode, so that you will be able to register them, for example, into your Documental Filer System, well, why not add to each invoice a completely customizable barcode (Barcoder Field), that will reads from each document the information  you have set; you can put the barcode where you want on the document and on every page or on the first page only, identifying in this mode the specific invoice forever.
