Guidelines
1. Identify yourself.
When you subscribe to these forums use your full name and a valid e-mail
address. Valid e-mail addresses allow Nexus staff to reply to both
the forum and to your e-mail, ensuring that you receive proper notification
of replies.
2. Post your question to the single most appropriate
forum.
Do not cross post your message to many
forums. If you can't determine which forum is the best, say that in your post, and ask someone to suggest which
forum
would be better. Posting to the proper forum will usually speed up the
response time to your message.
3. Do not post bug reports
If you think you have isolated a bug in the product, then send an e-mail to
support@batspooler.com. The Nexus staff can help you with any
issues you might have.
4. Be respectful to other users.
Do not make personal attacks upon other users. If you disagree with someone's
post, speak to their points and ideas, not to their character.
5. Do not post anything that is libelous, abusive or hateful, an invasion of
anyone's privacy, harmful to other users, or harmful to the business interests
of Nexus Software Consultants.
6. Do not make requests for assistance from other users via e-mail.
Do not contact users via e-mail unless specifically requested to do so. The
preferred method is via the forum. This makes it possible for other people to
benefit from the answer to your question as well.
Also, do not request that responses be sent to you via e-mail. The
information generated in these forums is intended to benefit all parties. If
you are asking an on-topic question, the answer to your question will most
likely be of interest to others in the forum.
7. Do not advocate or engage in unlawful activities.
Do not use the Nexus forums for unlawful purposes. Do not post
anything that encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give
rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, state, national or
international law or regulation.
8. Do not post copyrighted material without permission of the author.
